Frank O. Reite - Chairman of the Board

Frank O. Reite (born 1970) is the CEO of Akastor, a listed investment company in oil service. Norwegian citizen.

Experience

Frank O. Reite (born 1970) first started at Aker in 1995, and took up the position of Finance Director of Aker ASA in August 2015. Mr. Reite was previously group CEO of Akastor. He has previously had top management positions in the Aker group, including monitoring and developing Aker’s investments in Converto Capital Fund, HAVFISK, Norway Seafoods and Aker Yards. Mr. Reite also has experience of banking and as Operating Director of Paine & Partners, a New York based private equity firm. Mr. Reite is chair of HAVFISK and Akastor ASA.
