The Board of Directors and the chief executive officer have today reviewed and approved the directors' report and the annual consolidated and parent company financial statements for HAVFISK ASA for the fiscal year 2015 and at 31 December 2015 (annual report for 2015).

The consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the IFRS approved by the EU and associated interpretations (IFRICs), as well as the additional disclosure requirements in the Norwegian Accounting Act applicable at 31/12/2015. The financial statements for the parent company have been prepared in accordance with the Norwegian Accounting Act and Norwegian generally accepted accounting practice at 31/12/2015.

To the best of our knowledge and belief

• the annual consolidated and parent company financial statements for 2015 have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• the annual consolidated and parent company financial statements give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit (or loss) as a whole at 31 December 2015
• the directors' report for the group and the parent company presents a true and fair review of
  • the development and performance of the business and the position of the group and the parent company
  • the principal risks and uncertainties faced by the group and the parent company
